Overview
As the PMO Administrator you will report directly to the VP of Program Management. The PMO Administrator will support program and project managers by maintaining up-to-date project documentation, organizing meetings, and preparing accurate reports. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is essential for the PMO Administrator to have proficiency in Smartsheet for managing templates and dashboards.

What You'll Do
- Configure & maintain Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, and templates, audit the data in the sheets to ensure accuracy, build & maintain dashboards, to meet organizational needs.
- Design and implement automated workflows, integrations, and data validations within Smartsheet.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Smartsheet functionalities. Act as the go-to person for Smartsheet-related queries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, risk registers, and change requests.
- Prepare and consolidate reports using Smartsheet, produce summary reports, and maintain records of costs, timesheets, and expenses.
- Organize and schedule project activities, ensuring all dependencies and resource requirements are accounted for.
- Assist the VP, Program Management in maintaining existing resource allocation plans.
- Stay informed about Smartsheet updates, features, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Smartsheet environment.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of process optimization, operations, or business management experience.
- Proven experience as a PMO Administrator or in a similar role, with specific expertise in Smartsheet administration & configuration.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet functionalities, formulas, and integrations.
- Smartsheet Certification is preferred but not required.
