Summary: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 to 4 years of office experience required
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce and WinSoft
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
- Prepare invoices, customer billing, financial reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
- Prepare responses to routine inquiries
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
