Our client, an electrical company headquartered in Middlesex County, is looking to add a Project Administrator to their team! Responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the Project Manager to compile, organize, review, and manage project documents.
Liaising with vendors to track material deliveries, verify receiving slips, and confirm receipt of materials.
Assisting in the preparation of job meeting minutes based on the Project Manager’s notes.
Supporting managers in the drafting, processing, and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs).
Ensuring that foremen are provided with all necessary office and job-related paperwork.
Monitoring and expediting the retrieval of submittal information from general contractors and vendors, and expediting resubmittals as needed.
Gathering field and manufacturer data for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, and assisting in their assembly, copying, and submission.
Processing panel schedules onto directory cards.
Archiving project documents for future reference.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications include:
2+ years of Project Administration experience
Bachelors Degree completed
Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel) and CRM exposure
MUST have project administration or management experience
Experience in Construction, Municipalities, or related industry
Starting $27/hr plus depending on experience
