Project Administrator at Landmark Construction

STARTING PAY $50,000 - $60,000

We are currently seeking a diligent Project Management Administrator to support our project management team! If you are a self-motivated multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, we want to speak to you! In this role no two days are the same, and you will find yourself working closely with our project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to prepare subcontracts, create change orders, reconcile invoices and much more.

Here's what you’ll do on a daily basis:

• Assist with the management of multiple construction projects from start to finish
• Assist vendors with lien waivers and pay applications
• Assist in preparing contracts and subcontracts
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Prepare job billings and review accounts receivable
• Assure vendor compliance
• Track temporary labor
• Organize and maintain job specific documentation

You might be a great candidate for this role if you have a few of the following:

• Strong attention to detail
• A self-starter mindset
• Knowledge of the project management lifecycle
• These might also come in handy:
• 2 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing, Construction or Engineering administrative environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems (Sage, Oracle or Viewpoint highly preferred)
• Experience with HCSS, GC Pay, or Procore
