KDC offers a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $86,000.00 while considering the candidate’s experience and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees:

Essential Job Functions: ?
- Review and monitor client invoicing according to customer-specific guidelines to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of high-volume invoicing.
- Maintain proper contractual compliance and ensure recordkeeping of supporting documents for projects.
- Assist the team with escalated or problematic issues encountered on certain projects by collecting past-due amounts or subcontractor requests.
- High understanding of internal and external customer software systems.
- Recruit and hire accounting staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
- Oversees and reports on the system of internal controls over project accounting functions to minimize risk.
- Assists with project assignments and manages consistent workloads for staff.
- Reports on needed disciplinary action or provides feedback for periodic staffing reviews.
- Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
- Serves as a responsible leader, through the direction and guidance of the team, to ensure all safety requirements for all jobs are upheld, adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program both for self-protection and the protection of co-workers, sub-contractors, the public, and the client by supporting all Company safety efforts
