Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project accounting functions including budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting for construction projects.
• Manage project financials, including cost control, invoicing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, executives, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor project cash flow and provide financial analysis and advice.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (Procore, Viewpoint, or similar).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
