Project Accountant - Gpac

One of the top mechanical companies is looking for a Project Accountant to join their team! With over 300,000+ mechanical contracting projects completed and over 50+ years of experience, they aim to hire the industries top talent. The concept of the Project Accountant role is to cover all aspects of accounting, such as, project set up, accounts payable, billing and invoicing, collections, payroll, and project close-out. This concept allows the Project Accountant to understand how their work impacts all areas of a project. 

Qualifications:

*2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience required

*Construction industry specific experience preferred

*Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

*Demonstratable ability to work well with others

*Demonstratable ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorites

*Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills

*Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through completion
