Project Accountant - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Looking for a project accountant who has 5 years or more experience managing set projects from start to finish. Typical duties include: Invoiceing, Collections, WIP updates, Progress Billing.

• Budgeting: Creating a project budget and timeline
• Financial forecasting: Estimating how much money a project will need and generate
• Tracking progress: Monitoring project progress and reporting on it regularly
• Managing expenses: Approving expenses, reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders, and ensuring payments are collected
• Analyzing financial health: Providing financial data to help guide business decisions
• Preparing reports: Preparing expenditure reports and final report summaries
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring all necessary tax paperwork is completed
