About the Role

Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess proposed business improvements, ensure a robust control environment, and critically evaluate all business assumptions to drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth for Tate.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Revenue and Margin analysis on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Assist new products and new projects team in building out business cases for new business units.
• Conduct thorough assessments of capital expenditure proposals to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and value for Tate.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies across the business to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.
• Regularly track and manage both new and ongoing capital expenditure projects and facility expansions, ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance standards.
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders to uphold high performance standards and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Propose and execute system enhancements to streamline operations and improve overall organizational efficiency.
• Utilize strong business acumen to analyze global vendor and supplier costs, develop comprehensive cost models, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with global teams to build compelling business cases and effectively communicate financial analysis and insights.
• Offer continuous support to corporate and plant finance teams by assisting with routine and ad-hoc financial reporting needs

Additional Expectation

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualified Accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Two to five years of post-qualification experience working in a similar role previously.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
• Succinct communication skills that provide clear and unambiguous direction throughout the business.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and logical mindset with an aptitude for problem solving.
• Skilled in bringing people together to achieve a common goal.
• Process driven mindset with a focus on controls and accountability.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company.
• Preferred CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from a varied set of backgrounds.
