Project Accountant (Construction)

The Project Accountant ensures accurate financial management and reporting for construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Manage Owner Direct Purchase (ODP) processes.
• Track subcontractor compliance and handle lien waivers.
• Support payroll validation and owner billing submissions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting (preferred) with 2+ years of experience (construction a plus).
• Proficient in Excel; experience with CMiC, Textura, or Procore is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
