What You’ll Do:

· Maintain project related records, including contracts, change orders and budgets

· Submit monthly AIA G702/703 Billing

· Prepare weekly billing for service work

· Prepare Waivers of Lien

· Prepare weekly certified payroll

· Ensure compliance with IDOL, Davis Bacon Act and Prevailing Wage

· Send NVDV notices to appropriate unions, record technician hours, and prepare weekly payroll reports

· Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy including, pricing, job cost allocation and purchase order matching

· Prepare weekly WIP reports, and follow up with Project Manager on percentage of completion status

· Perform job costing on all service work and contract jobs

What You Bring

· Experience: 3-5 years in a construction background

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business, or equivalent experience

· Knowledge of Sage Contractor 100 a plus

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong math ability

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to meet deadlines
