About the Job
- Programmer Analyst, II will code technical solutions in C#, WinForms, Vue.js, VBA, .NET & SQL to achieve business outcomes
- Support and enhance existing HR and Payroll systems and make targeted enhancements to improve functionality
- Identify and mitigate risks to deliverables
- Employ sound database design principles and team coding standards in the design of databases
- As a Programmer Analyst, you will plan and coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and deployments to 40+ vessel fleet as needed
- Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and support when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of software engineer experience
- 3+ years of SQL coding experience
- 3+ years of API experience
- Must have experience with C#, MVC, Vue.js, SQL and .NET
- Experience gathering requirements
- Experience with SOX systems
- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence
- Experience with automated build tools
- Experience coordinating upgrades, enhancements, and deployments
- Strong understanding of current programming methodologies
- Proven ability to analyze, design, build, test, and deploy complex solutions
- Proficiency at coordinating multiple deliverables with different priorities and timelines
- Expert troubleshooting ability
- Ability to operate in an agile environment
- Ability to comply with all company rules and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with HR and Payroll systems and processes is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
