Job Summary
Serves as Product Owner of the RES Data Analytics Platform through collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, prioritize analytical projects, and deliver impactful solutions. Serves as an advisor to RES Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for development and timely delivery of all executive-level reporting and other RES reporting needs. Lead and perform data analysis on complex datasets through development and implementation of reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on RES' multi-billion-dollar portfolio. This role provides direct supervision of both MAST and contractor employees
Job Responsibilities
+ Serve as the product owner and primary point of contact for the CEF Analytics Platform / Datalake which requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to help understand and define business requirements, translate them into actionable tasks and prioritize their implementation
+ Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the analytics platform, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize its efficiency and effectiveness
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing comprehensive validation, verification, and quality assurance checks on numerous datasets
+ Serves as an advisor to RES Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for development and timely delivery of all executive-level reporting, including but not limited to reports to the Utility Review Board, Capital Review Committee, Industrial Operations Committee, Board of Directors, PSEG Senior Leadership Team, as well as RES general assembly meetings.
+ Develop and maintain executive level presentations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate complex information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding and approval.
+ Lead resource for data analysis with focus on supporting an information driven decision culture, providing ad hoc analysis and reporting support for special projects, and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline reporting processes
+ Drive the development and analysis of complex datasets to identify valuable insights into business performance and opportunities
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate analysis findings
+ Provide guidance, support and feedback to foster professional development and growth of direct reports, both MAST and contractor employees
+ Work with internal teams well as external vendors to ensure a timely and accurate implementation. .

+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum 7 years relevant professional work experience

+ Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills.
+ Experience in data analysis, both spreadsheet-based and with database platform-based
+ Experience with proven process improvement methods and practices coupled with well-organized and systematic steps of tasks, timing, staff, and resources to implement decisions.
+ Broad general management and technical skills with experience in leadership, process management, contract management, business planning and budgeting, change management, marketing, appliance service, financial analysis, and work planning competencies.
+ Advanced interpersonal skills, communications skills, and presentation skills; Demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding and approval.
+ Ability to develop solid working relationships with peers and individuals in other areas by understanding their perspectives and issues.
+ Proven strategic planning and leadership skills.
+ Experience utilizing and implementing quality process improvement methodologies and strong financial acumen, i.e., preparing business cases and pro forma income statements
+ Systems/applications experience such as SAP and Microsoft suite of applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.)
+ Manage self-awareness, demonstrate ethics and integrity and align performance for success
+ Must have and maintain a valid drivers’ license
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerBI Service
+ Demonstrated Data Analytics skills and ability to work with large relational databases
