Our Services for People with Disabilities team is searching for a dedicated, energetic full-time Program Supervisor for our Hourly Supported Living Community (SCL) in the Ames and Marshalltown area. This position will help lead growth in SCL into new areas via technological supports/monitoring. The Iowans we serve are seeking a life of greater confidence and independence, and it's our privilege to empower them toward success every day.

This position is a great way to build leadership and supervisory experience to continue to grow in the human services field. Will be helpful if you are familiar with technological supports/monitoring or new tech and technology excites you!

As one of Iowa's most trusted human services agencies, LSI has a legacy of serving children, adults, and families for more than 150 years. Our Services for People with Disabilities wrap care around individuals across the state, from providing occasional respite care or weekly services, to 24/7 support in either a shared apartment environment or one-on-one care through our hourly supported community living (SCL) program. What You'll Do

The Program Supervisor oversees our Hourly Supported Community Living and Respite Care services, and is responsible for delivering the services and supervision of Direct Support Professionals, Caseworkers, and Respite staff. This role is responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining staff schedules

- Working directly with individuals to provide support, assistance, and instruction to help improve personal growth and independence

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED and five years of experience in human services, education or human services related field with 2 years being in a leadership position

OR Associates Degree and three years of related experience; with at least one year in a leadership role

OR Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience. A basic knowledge of technological supports/monitoring is a plus!
