Nisga’a MOSTT’s services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.
Summary:
TheProgram Services Administrator will provide subject matter expertise input to the ACCM program in accordance withUSCENTCOM Regulation 335-2, maintain an accurate archive of personnel currently read on tocontrolled ACCMs, coordinate read-on and read-off of personnel with subordinate and adjacentACCM points of contact, capture the required data in the appropriate databases.
Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions:
- Processing Information Access Authorizations in coordination with Lead PlannerPOCs, USCENTCOM Focal Point Program Control Office (FPPCO) and SSO.
- Conducting Manual Cross Domain Transfers of digital products to support divisionactivities in accordance with the USCENTCOM Authorized Transfer Agent program.
- Serving as a Division Primary (and Directorate Alternate) Knowledge andInformation Management Representative (KIMR), as well as the Division Records ManagementOfficer.
- Developing and utilizing automated information systems to disseminate internaland external information and perform related resource management functions.
- Managing SharePoint Portals across multiple networks responsible for SharePointadministration and security, SharePoint development, and SharePoint site management.
- Providing coordination of FOIAs and MDRs according to legal standards set by thevarious laws governing the processing, declassification, and release of information fromdesignated USCENTCOM files. This includes thorough searching of files controlled by CCJ5 forinformation relevant for government personnel to determine declassification and ability todisseminate information based on a detailed knowledge of existing legal statutes, currentUSCENTCOM information strategies and advising CCJ5 on the FOIA and MDR Program inaccordance with USCENTCOM directives to ensure plans and orders are properly safeguarded.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong ability to conceptualize, design, and drive long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in aligning policy recommendations with organizational goals and market trends.
- Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and advising on complex policy issues.
- Effective understanding and use of the English language, to include clear, effective, andgrammatically correct oral and written communication
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years ofexperience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters or Service Componentheadquarters that directly supports a Geographic Combatant Command, (2) a minimum of 5years of working in a Focal Point Control Program, and (3) have a detailed knowledge of theACCM program and USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2.
- Shall be prepared and eligible to travel, to include OCONUS, CONUS, and must be able to obtain an official passport.
