About the Job
- Program/Project Manager will apply Project Management methodology while exercising experience and judgement on how to best fit required artifacts to each project situation
- Develop effective and realistic plans to start a project, including business requirements, charter, schedule, cost estimate, and SOW if applicable
- Drive execution by rigorously leading effective project status meetings, tracking schedule progress, driving resolution of issues and risks, tracking costs, controlling changes, and reporting status
- Communicate early and effectively with the appropriate level of detail to project participants and senior executives; A bias for -no surprises- is critical
- Build a trusted adviser relationship with key project stakeholders and enthusiasm across project participants
- Hold 3rd party partners accountable to the SOW
- As a Program/Project Manager, you will assure product quality throughout project lifecycle
- Contribute ideas to improve current practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Technology project management experience in a complex environment, (+5 years exp)
- A mix of application development, infrastructure, and compliance projects
- SDLC methodologies including Waterfall and Agile
- PPM tools (e.g. Clarity, Planview, Clarizen, Service Now)
- Process Improvement - Lean Six Sigma certification a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
