Program-Project Manager at Link Technologies

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for multiple Program / Project Managers to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Casino / gaming industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects, including expertise in budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Well-versed in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other project management software as required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring high levels of collaboration and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and project details to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges efficiently.
• A commitment to exceeding client expectations and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
