Description:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business,Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination ofeducation, training, and experience. Typically possesses three to five years ofexperience in managing large scale projects and use of associated managementtools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere toschedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate undertight time constraints. Excellent written and verbal communications skillsincluding the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to differentaudiences and levels.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities/Workload
Utilizes technical skills andmarketing expertise to develop, implement, and optimize automated marketingprogram campaigns and collects marketing requirements from stakeholders andconvert them into technical requirements for IT groups. This is based on theexisting capabilities of SCEs marketing technologies.
Oversees project managementexecution for marketing communications activities including campaigns andcontent that supports the customers journey and aligns to the selling process
Oversees the development ofmarketing communications campaigns by understanding media coverage and industrytrends and developing fresh story ideas to propel SCE forward
Manages and supervisescampaigns, ensuring that they are executed within the guided framework and thatthe campaign complies with the organisations marketing plans and objectives
Monitors key metrics tomeasure the effectiveness of our communications efforts and to make data-drivendecisions to improve our strategy
Shapes and oversees strategicmarketing communication plans, including developing plans in line with otherbusiness initiatives, communicating plans internally and securing leadershipapprovals
Review analytics and customerfeedback to proactively identify and improve the experiences and satisfactionof our customers
Working in collaboration withproduct or program owners, responsible for all aspects of strategic campaigndevelopment, measurement and execution of SCEs marketing, digital and customerlifecycle nurture programs
Achieve operational efficiencyvia effective implementation plans (e.g.,. optimal channel mix, targetedcommunications, relevant offers, relevant messaging)
A material job duty of allpositions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical,financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing privatecustomer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and othertypes of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards ofconduct and integrity.
Required Skills/Attributes
Seven or more years ofexperience in marketing, advertising or communications.
Desired Skills/Attributes
Bachelors Degree or higher inMarketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Experience implementingautomated offer management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalententerprise-grade multi-channel marketing hub.
Vendor management experience.
Experience with multi-channelmarketing strategy and planning (media, banner, radio, etc) driven bysophisticated analytics and data modeling.
Utility or other highlyregulated industry experience.
Experience with enterprisemarketing software Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Exp.or Cloud.
Ability to work independentlyand in fast paced environment
