Our Residential Program is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Program Operations Manager who will manage a 24-hour medically involved supported home. This position will serve as a management team member responsible for the overall functioning of assigned residential site(s) including quality treatment, contract compliance, budget management, facilities, hiring, training and retaining staff and ensuring proper coverage is maintained to meet the consumers’ needs. This position offers a flexible schedule; some weekends and evenings are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and two years’ related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or an associate’s degree and three years’ related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or suitable combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate effective project management skills
• Ability to follow organization policies, procedures, and management decisions
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting serving developmental and intellectually disabled adults
• Ability to respond adeptly and responsibly to site and division emergencies
• Ability to safely transport individuals using an Agency and/or personal vehicle
• A qualifying criminal background check, driving record, and a valid driver's license
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
