Program of Assertive Community Treatment Program Director - The MH Group

The Program Director manages the daily operations of the team, overseeing clinical care and coordinating with other agencies. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, leading meetings, and ensuring immediate attention to clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with funding sources.
• Ensure program compliance with regulations.
• Oversee client admissions and treatment plans.
• Conduct individual and team supervision.
• Ensure staff adherence to MAP Policies.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Complete and maintain program documentation.
• Provide comprehensive intake and risk evaluations.
• Include family and community in treatment plans.
• Promote client independence and decision-making.

Other Duties

• Maintain Policies & Procedures.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Complete progress notes and time-sensitive documents.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques.
• Provide ongoing treatment plan support.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Clinical licensure (LICSW preferred).
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years in human services.
• Commitment to empowerment, human rights, and community integration.
• Cultural competence and willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.

• Salary: $86,000-92,000/year
