Description:The Client Global Marketing organization is responsible for repurposing and synthesizing engaging content using the appropriate digital channels such as literature, eBooks, blogs, videos, web, or social media for deployment.
The objective is to present a compelling and consistent brand to our customers and target markets. The Marcom team works globally to ensure our content and processes align with all regions, such as the Americas, Greater China, Asia Pacific, and EMEAI.
The Program Marketing Managers are experts in these three key areas:
Design campaigns and programs create strategic and tactical plans based on campaign objectives and goals for industry and solution segments and product portfolio categories.
Marketing mix of tactics and channels defining whether reputation, awareness, consideration, demand generation, digital, or other outbound marketing push best fit the program’s requirements. Activities include crafting and deploying email journeys, advertising plans, social media content, and other marketing instruments to support campaign goals.
End-to-end management Measure the impact and success of the program with the ability to quickly pivot to change the Marcom mix if metrics are not meeting the established objectives.
The Program Marketing Manager role partners with industry solution managers, product marketing managers, and content experts to create the campaign program while coordinating and aligning with other departments such as field marketing. The Program Marketing Manager will also leverage and repurpose content to create collateral assets such as white papers, web pages, case studies, brochures, blogs, and social posts.
Responsibilities
Performs end-to-end campaign management by identifying the appropriate mix of marketing tactics to achieve specified campaign goals set by the campaign lead.
Optimizes campaign performance by conducting actionable reviews with respective stakeholders.
Creates a strategy plan for various outbound marketing assets to support the marketing tactics identified across various stages of the buying journey using respective digital channels to increase demand, awareness, and thought leadership.
Develops compelling content by repurposing existing assets — synthesizing and elevating for top and mid-funnel uses while ensuring editorial quality.
Creates, monitors, and publishes campaign results using visual metrics to measure the effectiveness of the tactics.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams — from creative design, product marketing, web, and legal to produce effective promotional materials.
Requirements:
10 month position with possibility of extension
Work Location: Remote- US
Looking for someone with ~7 years experience
Bachelor’s degree (business / marketing) or equivalent plus four to five years in a high-tech marketing communications (Marcom) role.
Experience creating Marcom campaign programs with successful execution using a mix of digital channels.
Excellent English-speaking / writing, communication, and presentation skills with a proven track record of journalistic and editorial content creation and editing.
Passion for writing engaging professional technology-based content.
Experience in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics.
Ability to work independently to prioritize tactics based on importance and urgency to meet deadlines.
Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing tools, preferably Eloqua, and content management workflow tools.
