Job Description:
The Workplace Asset Lifecycle Program Manager is responsible for the E2E product lifecycle of Pre Owned Personal Computing products from acquisition (originating from lease returns and ITAD/Asset Management Commercial offerings) through product remarketing to maximize value recovery, extending product lifecycles, and managing and developing associated cost envelopes. The Program Manager works closely with various Asset Management Teams and Subject Matter Experts which include Vendor Management, Operations Management, Business Controls and Compliance, Asset Remarketing, and Senior Leadership. The program is integral to HPEFS' overall product remarketing strategy and has a material impact on remarketing business results. Preferred candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to lead cross functional teams, and both workplace device product and ITAM industry knowledge.
This position will be based in our Andover, MA location and will be hybrid, being in the office 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Enablement which includes inbound product screening methodologies, quality specifications, technical and testing requirements, and overall process methodologies
- Operational Cost Management
- Support/Lead Operations and Quality Team meetings Ongoing quality assessments
- Technical Aspects of Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work
- Supplier Operational Enablement and consistency across supplier base and product quality
- Program Financial Structures
- Leading management business reviews and End to End Program Ownership
Education and Experience:
- Typically, 7 years in complex IT service business.
- University degree preferable.
- Demonstrate knowledge of corporate policies, processes, products, and markets.
- IT Asset Disposition and Asset Management Industry knowledge
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Operations background/knowledge
- Personal Computer product and product lifecycle knowledge

Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
