What You'll Be Doing: * Manages the contractor support team across all task orders.
* Works with Task Order Managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for each Task Order.
* Mobilizes company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
* Monitors and reports to Parsons management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.
* Serves as the primary point of contact authorized to interface with the Government contracting officer (KO), contracting officer's representative (COR), and customer agency.
* Reports to the Director of National Technical Solutions within Parsons High Consequence Missions sector.
* Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
* Travels to various CONUS/OCONUS sites as required - primarily for relationship building, project kickoff/closeout, to attend high vis events, and for conflict resolution. 20% travel is anticipated. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of total experience
* 5+ years of program management experience or equivalent
* Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI in the future.
* Experience in programmatic, financial, operational, technical, and program execution oversight.
* Experience with U.S. Navy ship engineering, capability installation, program sustainment, training and configuration management, and program logistics.
* Experience with U.S. Navy Cryptologic and Intelligence program capability integration.
