About the Job
Halcyon Group International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee the management of high-value contracts and task orders for our Global Advisory Contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results within the framework of government-funded programs. This role requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience:
Minimum of three years as the lead program/project manager for contracts/task orders with a ceiling value of at least $5 million. Minimum of three years managing Foreign Assistance programs for the Department of State and/or USAID with contracts/task orders with a minimum $1 million obligated value.
At least eight years of progressive leadership experience managing complex projects/programs, requiring exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Skills:
Demonstrated adherence to quality standards in program deliverables.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Certification required).
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (Certification required if English is not the native language).
Ability to successfully collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address technical and cost-related tasks.
Experience monitoring contract performance and implementing course corrections when necessary. Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience:Foreign Assistance and/or International Development: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification: PMP (Preferred)
