WAGE RANGE*: $50-57/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The selected candidate will be integral to the Windows 11 Deployment program, a global program to deploy Windows 11 to circa 24K devices
• Act as the Global Program's Lead deputy program lead to provide support, challenge and valuable insight into the delivery of a highly complex technical program
• Experience deploying windows upgrades is preferred
• Be knowledgeable in the many areas of a desktop deployment program, such as release, applications, deployment, hyper-care, engineering, etc.
• Need to have the necessary technical knowledge/understanding to keep pace with technical conversations
• Need to be engaging, collaborative and capable of professionally challenging the various workstream leads (eight in total) to keep them on point
• Provide senior oversight and input ensuring the project plan is fully integrated and the team is adhering to the delivery plan
• Well versed in Project Plan development (MS Project) to track progress against the plan and inter-program dependencies
• Need to be a clear and concise communicator, write clearly, be self-driven and not micro-managed, meet agreed due dates and committed to the team being successful
• Be a key contributor for the ongoing support of program governance artifacts, such a PRAID & Action Log, Change Logs, Audit Logs, etc.
• Assist workstream leads with data analysis, when needed
• Engage with wider team to unblock delivery obstacles
• Work with teams outside of the of Win 11 program to resolve issues impacting the team
