Description
- Manage multiple projects, with interdependencies in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- High energy attitude with a desire to 'Get Stuff Done
- Utilizing project management best practices and aligning with the Client's PMO methodology, work inside project teams to review the scope of work and create project plans.
- Schedule recurring internal and customer-facing meetings as needed during project implementation to review and monitor project goals and status.
- Work closely with PMO, FMO, Procurement, DC Service Provider, Hosting, Network, and Client Services teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
- Influence effectively between the Business Owners, Project Managers (PMs), and Operations Teams to support delivery, risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution
- Effectively manage and lead the successful delivery of the infrastructure projects and requests from within various phases of delivery, across the entire lifecycle of Delivery within the project timeline and budget.
- Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management
- Preparations/Reviews of Metrics reports
- Analyze potential risks in projects and Plan mitigation plans for the same
- Revenue forecasting and realization (Actuals)
- Co-ordination with various technical teams and ensure seamless production support
- Client interaction and reporting
- Participate in client Weekly Status Report meeting driven by Project Managers
- Review and represent Monthly Status report for Infrastructure towers to client Vice President
- Participate in Quarterly Business Review meeting with client stakeholders to discuss quarterly performance review and strategic business discus
- Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management
- Resource fulfillment - Forecasting and providing timely fulfillment of Resources Project Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management
- Monthly invoicing - Ensuring monthly invoicing by PMO
- Quality Processes Adherence – To ensure compliance to the quality process, norms, and timelines followed by all Infra Towers
- Involved in SOW Preparations for Infrastructure Portfolio
- Attrition - To ensure that attrition is controlled and is well within the organization norms
- Competency Building- Identification and grooming of Talent for Project management / Customer facing and lead roles
- Trainings-Identify resource training needs and requirements and ensure the resources have Mandatory training as per company policy
- Appraisal Compliance: Guide the Resources for defining the Goals and Objectives, Provide Resource Appraisals Feedbacks and Ratings
- Resource assignments, extensions, releases, moving a resource from one project to another, timesheet authentication
- Managing Project stakeholders, team, risks, schedule & conflicts
- Actively participate in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster recovery
