About the Job
- Manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the OC requirements as outlined in the PWS
- Interfaces between OC management and corporate staff
- Directs contractor workflow in all task areas through the TAMs
- Serves as point of contact between the COR and OC management on administrative aspects of all work-related issues within the specified program
- Ensures overall responsiveness of contractor staff to all OC requirements, job requests, and guidance provided by the TAM and the COR and/or designated representative
- Closely works with the Director of each Office to ensure the alignment of resources supports the priorities of each office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in an Engineering discipline or in Public or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in project management (projects of comparable size and complexity); Experience may be a combination of private sector, civil service, and/or military experience
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Direct and current experience in nuclear policy analysis, the nuclear weapon programs at DOE and/or DoD, and classification and sensitive information related activities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
