About the Job
Computercraft seeks a Program Manager with experience managing a multifaceted contract with a federal health agency. As a Program Manager, you will guide teams to plan, implement, and evaluate complex health products, delivering successful outcomes on time and on budget. The most competitive candidates will have experience managing federal health sector contracts of at least $5 million and supporting the development of the technical approach and pricing strategy for proposals. This position reports to the CEO and eligible to telework.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with client and stakeholder representatives, participating in regular and ad hoc meetings and calls.
- Supervise Computercraft staff with cross-functional backgrounds who are responsible for task delivery and implementation
- Manage overall contract day-to-day operations, including planning, budgeting, staffing, training, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of digital health communication products and campaigns
- Provide oversight and quality control for delivery, ensuring a high level of performance
- Manage budgets to reduce risks and cost overruns, ensuring accurate and responsible fiscal management and reporting
- Support, as needed, business development activities, including reporting on potential opportunities, contributing to proposal writing, and conducting research
- Participate in recruitment efforts to identify new project staff, as needed, and oversee the orientation and training of new hires
- Identify, secure, and oversee consultants and subcontractors who provide subject matter expertise and specialized project services
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a public health sector director or program manager overseeing complex budgets and human and other administrative resources
- Supervisory experience managing multiple staff
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

- Master’s degree in business or biological sciences
- PMP certification
