Do you like to be part of change? Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of the exciting development of Fidelity’s new Visitor Experience? This program manager role supports the delivery of strategic initiatives aimed at delivering a world-class visitor experience at the new Commonwealth Pier headquarters in Boston. We are looking for a program manager who is passionate about their craft and focused on supporting our business partners, aligning work to the vision, and driving results. Reporting to the Director, Visitor Experience, the program manager will be a key contributor delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, design, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments, and goals. An ideal candidate would be a partner to lead and handle initiatives with cross-functional teams. Innovation to the program, tools and process is highly regarded as relationship building with assigned team and business partners. They should also have the flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute within our teams, providing excellent support and advice to the business unit. In this role you will work within workstreams to help develop the Visitor Experience for Commonwealth Pier and other Fidelity locations.
The Visitor Experience team is responsible for creating and developing an end-to-end seamless visitor experience that will foster a greater visitor experience as well as provide hosts and support teams an easier process. The team is focused on creating this experience to be launched at our new offices at Commonwealth Pier and following throughout the portfolio. The Visitor Experience team plays a critical role in the continuous improvement of the onsite visitor experience by gathering the needs and voice of the customer, optimizing internal processes with hosts and admins, collecting and analyzing data to find opportunities, measuring outcomes, and supporting the broader visitor experience feedback loop.Fidelity Real Estate is the corporate real estate division of Fidelity Investments, providing a full range of services to Fidelity business units nationally and internationally. What You’ll Contribute Day-to-Day:
- Provide support and program management to the visitor experience team
- Monitor and effectively manage work output from various resources for project teams
- Maintain market intelligence to leverage best in class visitor experience industry practices and innovative approaches for enhanced visitor experience
- Apply Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Miro skills to assist in building executive presentations and supporting senior executive materials, plans and presentations
- Assist in building and improving internal team processes to maximize efficiency
- Attend and participate in CwP visitor experience workstream meetings
- Ability to be onsite at Fidelity locations up to 50% of the time
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Qualifications
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- BS/BA required
- 6+ years experience in strategy, project management, business analysis, hospitality, consulting or marketing experience
- Demonstrated expertise developing and leading initiatives, with experience delivering successful outcomes
- Experience applying creative frameworks to quickly innovate, improve and sustain impactful programs
- Experienced program manager with a strong focus on execution and removing impediments to progress work forward
- Excellent relationship-building, consultative, listening, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work independently and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and ability to offer and receive constructive feedback
- Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, project management and working within ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to create materials that are easy to digest and understand (for example, create PowerPoint to inform associates of how to use space or navigate amenities on campus, or develop a tool with Excel to track progress of a project)
- Driven and action oriented while able to work in ambiguous situations
- Ability to cultivate a positive and motivating work environment
- Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
