Program Manager V - Tailored Management

Job Description: Job Responsibilities:
Drive org-level product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, difficult or competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts
Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically for self and others
Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress
Proactively assess risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams
Communicate persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback
Proactively problem solve and distribute information effectively
Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption
Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one s time
- Mastery of google suite
- Ability to use WhatsApp

Education/Experience:
-Bachelors Degree
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management
-Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large scale 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution
-Experience working with product teams or programs from roadmapping through delivery
-Experience working directly with product designers and content designers
-Track record of operating independently and without oversight
-Experience managing vendors and contractors
-Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
