Program Manager from System One

We are looking for a Contract Program Manager in aerospace with program, project and leadership experience.

Requirements:

• MRO experience needed
• PMP preferred but not required
• 5-10 years of experience
• Experience managing large-scale military contracts

Location: Onsite, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Communicate, schedule, and execute program deliverables across internal groups
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Production teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract agreements
• Negotiate contractual terms with customers
• Manage program schedules, task prioritization, risk assessment, and customer communication
• Ensure contract review compliance with AS9100
• Identify trends/risks/opportunities and recommend actions
• Control project budget expenditures
• Coordinate technical developments, scheduling, and problem resolution
• Provide status and progress reports to stakeholders
