About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a field related to end user research, e.g., User Experience Research, Market research, Data Analytics or End User feedback and insights.
- Knowledge of technical/data analysis and automation development, such as SQL and database querying, Google Apps Script, Python, etc.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive decisions with stakeholder groups and cross-functional collaborators.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with ability to draw insights from data and manage recommendations and action plans.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion.

As a Program Manager, you will manage execution of the studies, and develops tools and technologies to improve program efficiency. You will track milestones and deliverables, manage the on-time delivery from project commencemen to final report delivery, and help prepare communications to senior Google leadership. You will be a key contributor to the success of the Trusted Tester program and the development of high-quality GenAI features across.

- Manage Program and projects for gTech Users and Products (gUP) Trusted Tester user studies.
- Plan the timelines, capacity and budgets. Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
- Drive process improvement efforts. Manage multiple stakeholder meetings and track progress against goals.
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationship and communication.
- Create and publish material for newsletters, team sites and requirements documents.
