Immediate long term contract opportunity for Program Manager.
Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Program Manager. The particulars of the position are as follows.
Location: Primarily remote, but occasional site visits in NJ, CT, DE & MD will be required.
Term: Five-year contract.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our program, including developing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for charging station site hosts, network service providers, and technology vendors. The Program Manager will also provide technical support, assist with stakeholder engagement, and compile and submit periodic reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing RFI and RFP:
• Create and manage Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals for charging station site hosts, network service providers, and technology vendors.
• Ensure all RFI and RFP documents are comprehensive, clear, and aligned with program goals.
Technical Support:
• Provide technical assistance and support to the coalition and subrecipients.
• Address technical queries and issues related to the program.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Assist with engaging stakeholders, including site hosts, service providers, vendors, and community members.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities to ensure stakeholder involvement and support.
Reporting:
• Compile and submit periodic reports to the client’s sponsor, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Monitor program progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
Grant Implementation Support:
• Provide direct support to the client in implementing its portion of the grant.
• Collaborate with the client staff to ensure successful execution of grant activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience with federal grant management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Administration).
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in the environmental or energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of charging station infrastructure and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to compile and analyze data for reporting purposes.
