About the Job
WGI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team in our Tampa, FL office.
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. This position will report to the Director of Architecture.

Responsibilities:- Develop and manage program plans, including financial performance, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor program progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact program success.
- Ensure that all program activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Oversee national retail and distribution program clients as well as large national and state multi-year contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 10 + years of AEC industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing national program clients
- Proven track record of successfully managing large programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management software and tools (Project planning, resource planning, financial management, etc.)
- Knowledge of AEC industry best practices and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
