Summary:
Meta is seeking a Global Program Manager for its Small Business Group (SBG) to develop and manage multi-billion-dollar program strategies that drive growth of our Ads products across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. As part of Meta’s SBG Program Management team, you will partner closely with Sales, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholder teams to design strategies, build recommendations, and drive accountability for execution based on a data-driven approach. In this role, you will drive the business forward by developing strategy and executing sales programs. Success in this position requires thinking at 10,000 feet and executing at 1,000 feet. This role requires the ability to be agile and adapt to business needs, set and own a strategic roadmap, and effectively get things done. The ideal candidate has familiarity with digital advertising and has a demonstrated track record of success and can translate data-driven insights into clear action plans.

Program Manager, Small Business Group Responsibilities:
1. Define the book assignment strategy for small business sales
2. Analyze program effectiveness and drive thought leadership on advertiser graduation strategy in sales programs
3. Proactively lead & influence large, global, cross-functional teams including sales, demand, marketing, data science, and product to drive program execution
4. Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
5. Manage multiple workstreams to drive business growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
6. Understand, identify and execute against Revenue and ROI opportunities across the portfolio.

7. BA/BS degree
8. 8+ years of work experience in sales, technology, management consulting, program management, or related fields
9. 2+ years in management consulting
10. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
11. Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
12. Proven problem-solving skills, with the experience to synthesize data and drive executive-level insight and recommendations
13. Powerful storytelling and communication skills, experience to influence senior leadership and establish trusted relationships across teams
14. High tolerance for ambiguity and has skill business judgment in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and dynamic environment

16. 5+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders
17. Experience working with global teams
18. Knowledge of Meta’s advertising products
19. Familiarity with data analytics is a plus
Public Compensation:
$150,000/year to $216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
