Job Description:
- Background in EV : Fleet gas to Electric
- Project/program coordination
- PM proven skills and technical knowledge in EV
- Desired exp: Salesforce and PowerBI
- Strong program development, program management and/or product management expertise
- Knowledge of existing electric vehicle and energy programs for public-sector customers and the specific challenges these customers face
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of related work experience
- Advanced degree in public policy, business administration, or environmental science/energy or similar
- Understanding of utility/energy industry dynamics, trends, and issues, including rate and legislative/regulatory matters and business drivers
- Subject matter expertise in transportation electrification and advisory services
- Experience thriving in highly autonomous roles while delivering high-impact results
- Strong communication skills and experience engaging effectively with regulators, customers, and industry stakeholders
- Experience employing design thinking principles to execute on strategy and program development
