Overview
Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to be part of the C3I and Infrastructure Division which focuses on providing enterprise support to the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. This position supports the Air Force Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. ICAM is the cornerstone of a digital foundation that connects all DAF members across a trusted digital force and paves the way for Zero Trust.
LOCATION: Lackland, AFB, Texas

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
EDUCATION:
- BA/BS, 10 years of experience, of which 3 years must be in the DoD
- OR GED with 4 years of experience, of which 2 must be in the DoD
- OR 15 years of directly related experience, of which 5 must be in the DoD
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: BA/BS; GED, or requisite years of experience
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
This position provides support to program leadership to facilitate successful contract execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Shall be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.).
- Assist program team to achieve milestones.
- Utilize strong DoD 500.2 acquisition skills to generate acquisition documents. Documents may include, but are not limited to, Acquisition Decision Memorandums, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Risk Management Plans, Program Management Reviews and Milestone Decision Briefs.
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
- Support Program Management Reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews.
- Support and maintain management reviews, meetings, and schedules
- Working knowledge/experience with finance and contracting as it relates to acquisition
