Program Manager - Lumicity

Program Manager / Automotive / Richmond, CA

As Program Manager, it'll be your responsibility to build processes, set the schedules, manage the project visibility and hold the team accountable to deadlines from end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure technical project documentation is aligned across internal engineering and external parties.
• Manage project visibility through entire project lifecycle
• Liaise with Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Set project targets and deadlines to be managed throughout project
• Lead project meetings to help analyze and solve problems

Experience Required:

• 5+ years experience in Project/Program Manager
• End-to-end product development experience
• Manufacturing environment
• Start-up environment
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Great communication, organization and leadership skills

Qualifications:

• BS or higher in an Engineering field is advantageous
