In addition,the Program Manager will help the P.I. coordinate and schedule internalmeetings between the research teams, compiling monthly reports from the team(sub awardees) on deliverables and their budget expenditures. The ProgramManager must have the ability to coordinate and communicate with multipleorganizations in a professional manner as well as monitor the contractual andfinancial requirements of the agreements and ensure communication ofevents/activities is appropriately shared with all participants. The positionwill require the ability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly changingenvironment. The Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-dayadministration of the program functions and will be required to makeappropriate decisions and provide direction in the PI's absence. This positionrequires experience managing, and monitoring grants and agreements. Excellent communicationskills and the ability to work well with internal and external customers/teammembers is required. The selected candidate will assist the PI indeveloping the plan to meet the schedule of a multi-deliverable DoD contract.The Program Manager will also play a significant role in managing andmonitoring the progress of the study, overseeing data quality procedures, anddata management. Data collection/analysis procedures will be developed/revisedto ensure integrity of study data is maintained. Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 6 years of experience 2 of which are management level experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
