BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager for an opportunity in Plano,TX

Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Plano,TX

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: CONTRACT, (Hybrid)

Monday- Friday (5x8)

A candidate who is authorized to work independently

Pay Range: $60- $65/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

• Job Description:
  
  This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or BAU items. Key responsibilities include communicating the release objective, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the quality and timelines. They facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery.

  10+ years' experience as a release manager
  Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer working experience
  Tableau reporting skills

  Understand release/deployment components. Understand risks and can ally controls necessary to mitigate. Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones. Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions. Ability to understand big picture and connect all details.
