As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing new technologies with our engineering team. Your leadership will directly contribute to the creation of award-winning products like the iNet Now Live Monitoring software and the Radius BZ1 Area Monitor, which have already made a substantial impact in the field of industrial safety. Your efforts will help drive end-to-end solutions that improve user experience, connectivity, and data analytics, further solidifying Industrial Scientific's position as an industry leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Inspire and Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Foster a collaborative and motivated environment across diverse teams throughout the product development process, ensuring we meet our cost, quality, and schedule commitments.
+ Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects and their interdependencies to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
+ Resource Management: Partner with functional leaders to secure the necessary capacity and skills to achieve successful project outcomes.
+ Strategic Planning: Oversee and manage all stages of product development, from initial planning to final execution.
+ Progress Reporting: Communicate program progress effectively to various levels of leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
+ Change, Risk, and Resource Management: Lead the application of best practices in change management, risk assessment, and resource allocation to navigate project challenges.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in effectively leading projects or programs, or equivalent experience
+ A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited university, or equivalent degree/experience
+ Proven success in managing hardware, firmware or software projects through their development lifecycle, delivering value to the organization and customers
+ Expertise in schedule development and management
+ Proficiency in risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ A Master’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited university, or equivalent degree/experience
+ Proven track record in managing programs involving IoT technologies
+ Project management certification
+ Certifications in Agile processes
Soft Skills:
+ Demonstrated leadership ability to foster teamwork, inspire followership, and unite diverse team members towards a common goal
+ Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality
+ Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
+ Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to the unique needs of team members, stakeholders, customers, and vendors

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 100,700.00 - 186,900.00
