Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18.

Experience:

2+ years working in OPWDD HCBS Waiver programs including but not limited to Community Habilitation, Respite and HRS, required.

1+ years in a supervisory/leadership role, required.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., Social Work, Mental Health, etc.), preferred

Driver's License Requirement: Drivers Status: Valid Driver’s License, & personal vehicle required.

On Call: Flexible availability including on call 27/7 including varied hours (nights and weekends), in person and remote, required.

Physical Demands:The nature of tasks may vary based on the individuals being supported. This may include assisting with toileting and hygiene, which could involve lifting. Reasonable accommodations will be considered to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill essential job functions.
