About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Manager, you will be part of a team focused on the maintenance and operation of the client’s Content Management System (CMS) focused on construction design and delivery standards.
This job is part of the Program Management function. Theyare responsible forthe creation and delivery of strategic programsrepresentingmajor company initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
+ Perform migration ofnew contentandmaintainexisting guidance within the backend of the client’s Content Management System (CMS) for project standards
+ Migrate Project Charters and Briefs for selected projects
+ Perform stakeholder coordination to strategize on proper content information structure
+ Collaborate with stakeholders in their development of guidance content aligning with content standards; follow up with stakeholders on relevant deliverables and timelines
+ Assist the Content Lead in the creation and editing of guidance within slide-form “Migration Decks” to ensure quality, including structural, linguistic, and graphical consistency and clarity
+ Develop new floor plans, elevations,diagramsand other graphical content asrequired tosupport new stakeholder guidance content
+ Provide copy-editing support for all stakeholder-generated content
+ Assistin media asset handling and tracking of any new images for use in the Content Management System backend
+ Migratenew contentinto the client’s CMS system backend and review for consistency with Migration Decks
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading the delivery of construction projects as a Project Architect (or related role in the construction industry)
+ Broad experience across allfacetsof construction, including technical MEP systems, architectural finishes,furnishingand specifications
+ A strong attention to detail
+ A strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize complex information hierarchies
+ A self-starter who can independently organize tasks
+ The ability to collaborate with a broader team in the pursuit of larger efforts
+ Experience with graphical and architectural software including Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit tools
+ Strong knowledge of Google Workplace software suite including Slides, Sheets, and Docs
+ Knowledge and facility in Content Management Systems platforms preferred.

The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $129,835 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance .
