About the Job
Join our team as a Program Manager and support the Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Digital Support Services. This position will oversee Agile-driven product development and support operations, ensuring the delivery of secure, innovative, and cost-effective software solutions that align with evolving user requirements, Section 508 compliance, and prioritized government objectives.

This full-time position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with onsite support in Lanham, MD.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the IRS product team, Contracting Officer (CO), and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), acting as the single point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Supervise and manage all contractor personnel to ensure effective program execution and performance.
- Oversee program and schedule management, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead transition-in and transition-out activities, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
- Organize, direct, and manage multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks to achieve program objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior executives, customer leadership, and contractor teams to build strong working relationships and resolve challenges.
- Conduct meetings with customer and contractor personnel to review task plans, deliverables, and progress, ensuring alignment with approved strategies.
- Support the implementation of the Taxpayer Experience Platform to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of demonstrated experience managing complex programs and projects of similar size and scope.
- PMP Certification in good standing.
- Proven ability to organize, direct, and manage multiple, interrelated project tasks to achieve program objectives.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging effectively at senior executive levels within a customer organization.
- Experience collaborating with leadership from other contractors to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.
- Skilled in working with customer and contractor teams to formulate, review, and execute task plans and deliverables in alignment with approved strategies.
- Experience in implementing the Taxpayer Experience Platform or similar large-scale IT projects.
