Pay Range: $590-740/day (depends on experience)
Description:
" Drive and implement a robust control framework by leading on one or more projects.
" Create and maintain Voice and eCom control standards, including metrics, KPIs and reporting.
" Work with business and functional partners to ensure consistency of control deliveries.
" Support the global alignment and deployment of the VERK control framework.
Responsibilities:
" Plan, build and lead one or more VERK projects and / or key deliveries.
" Drive enhancements to the control framework
" Create project documentation and provide governance updates.
" Support the preparation of Executive Level Management Documents
" Identify, report and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
" Ensure actions are followed up with respective owners and tracked to closure.
" Work extensively with business, IT and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment of control deliverables.
" Assess and manage deployment of tactical and strategic solutions process and IT.
Technical Skills:
" Strong project management skills all documentation, tracking, escalation requirements
" Ability to conduct negotiations.
" Strong analytical capacity & ability to define relevant metrics and performance indicators
" Strong focus on closure ability to keep deliverables moving forwards in a challenging environment
Experience:
" Project Management and BAU background. Strong track record in change the bank and run the bank environments
" Preferably, candidates will have a successful track record in supporting complex programs in Global Markets and IT / Operations environments.
" Experience within Control and Conduct programs - understanding of communication channels would be an advantage but is not essential
Education:
Bachelor s degree from university

- The Program Office is focused on delivering structured governance, control framework and coordinate the delivery of changes as a part of BAU and continuous improvement.
- The person filling this position will need to be able to partner and work across multiple cross-functional areas, including Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controls, centralized Records Management Program and the Data Management office.
