Position type: Full-time - Contract

As Program Manager, you will be:

• Develop program scope, workstreams, and risk assessment/mitigation plans for multiple related projects.
• Validate delivery scope and confirm alignment across critical stakeholders.
• Create and execute implementation plans for piloting new programs and full rollout.
• Enable operational processes to support program rollout.
• Define, drive, manage and socialize a detailed plan and overall schedule for all known workstreams.
• Manage risks and issues, facilitate the negotiation of options to resolve delivery conflicts and blockers.
• Deliver program status to program stakeholders and executive-level management including high risk and issues.
• Managing program project managers and/or workstream leads through influence.
• Coordinate and facilitate key stakeholder meetings and manage program activities.
• Make and/or communicate management decisions regarding key engagement elements.
• Identify key milestones and dependencies to inform program roadmap.
• Develop and maintain program plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ Years Experience
• Highly experienced in developing program scope, quickly identifying program issues, and implementing risk management techniques to keep the program moving forward.
• Highly experienced in program management and stakeholder management for complex project work
• Experience in leading multiple related projects with cross departmental and cross divisional stakeholders.
• Experience in leading the implementation of IT solutions at the end user level.
• AI knowledge/experience a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $80- $85 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
