Program Manager - IT

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing Large programs with multiple projects (10+ projects in the program).
• Good familiarity with Jira, and other project management toolset; (GSuite and SmartSheet are preferred but not mandatory).
• Should have financial management experience at the program level. Should be able to articulate financials with stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with external vendors.
• Experience on SAP implementation or SAP integration with other systems.
• Maintain direct communication with Business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy on individual projects and the overall status of the projects.
• Escalate any major roadblocks or risk factors as needed and work towards initiating activities to quickly resolve issues
• Responsible for the budgetary requirements for all individual project activity
• Work effectively with other departments ensuring a smooth and productive flow of work

Required Skills

• PMP or Agile certification preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Strong experience in a technology focused project management role
• Strong people facing skills
• Successful track record managing multiple projects
• Strong presentation skills
• Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
