The Program Manager for Innovation & Online (IOL) Degree Pathways will develop structures, timelines, and systems to successfully implement and manage all components of an Innovation Investment Award (IIA) grant aimed at increasing adult learner degree pathways and completion. This position will lead and collaborate with key internal and external constituents in the development, implementation, tracking, and reporting of objectives outlined within the awarded project. Additional responsibilities include managing proposals for online programs and developing interconnected, sustainable learning experiences that encompass professional development, continuing education, and workforce development initiatives. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience managing a project or portfolio, including those that are multi-year and cross-collaborative.
