Ensure continuity of program operations. Responsible for routine collaboration with agency administration to review and analyze both program performance reports and financial performance, and plan for program sustainability, expansion and development. Collaborate with property management partners and CCB PSH Supervisors to foster program effectiveness and solutions to program-level barriers to program success.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Exemplify Catholic Charities' mission, vision, guiding principles and policies and proceduresPromote adherence to high ethical standards, consistent with the Catholic Charities' Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, legal mandates & labor laws, all applicable state agencies (including NYS Department of Health), managing contractual regulations and other accreditation standardsCommunicate regulations, standards, applicable policies and procedures to team members and monitor compliance. Maintain program policies & procedures and uniform practice standards that align with above standards; Compile in program operations manual(s)Develop, manage and monitor program budgets. Monitor monthly revenue/expense reports and contract partners' adherence to contract and funder requirements, and achievement of program outcomes within budget. Monitor staffing allocations to ensure accurate alignment with assigned program responsibilities within budgetsEnsure timely completion of related contracts and MOUsAssist agency administration with exploring and developing opportunities and strategies to enhance, market, and expand existing services and utilization throughout WNYDevelop and oversee Case Management database system/supervisor queries tailored for respective programs. Compile and analyze all data to ensure compliance with contract and funder requirements, agency policies and procedures, and program tenetsGenerate periodic reports in alignment with agency, program and funder standards. Provide required program and fiscal reports/data in compliance with funder timelines. Routinely review reports with program team members, evaluate program compliance with Performance Quality Improvement plansServe as liaison with New York State, property managers, and developers, responding to stakeholder requests/ concerns and supporting staff in ameliorating identified issuesLead, mentor and empower program leaders and direct service teams to support productivity of personnel and ensure achievement of program objectives, as well as positive community partner relationsConduct provisional and annual performance evaluations as required; maintain performance accountability and implement corrective supervisory action as warranted. Promote and reinforce client-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused trauma-informed care in the context of systems. Cultivate a culture of sensitivity and promote equity and inclusionCoordinate, monitor and respond to reliable program support/systems, remote access, equipment (computers, printers, cell phones) and supplies needs to foster quality service delivery and timely data entry in compliance with established program tenetsActively participate on CCB committees and in agency-sponsored and Diocese-sponsored events as relevant. Participate in internal or external meetings to educate about PSH programming and promote intra-agency and/or external collaborationEDUCATION: Bachelors degree and appropriate experience preferred, master's degree in social work, business, or related field strongly preferredEXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Five years of experience managing day-to-day operation of a community-based clinical and/or social service programAt least two years of experience supervising professionals and administrative staff preferredIn-depth experience with service coordination with other service providersIn-depth experience evaluating program eligibility based on income, housing status, and/or medical needsDemonstrated agility, initiative, innovative, to ability to work independently and efficiently (effective organizational and time management skills), produce results, meet deadlinesand perform other duties as requestedDemonstrated ability to engage, lead and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholdersDemonstrated effectiveness with leading teams and engaging with cross-functional leadershipExceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills requiredFluent in various computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel) and electronic database systems; experience with graphic reporting applications preferredSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be cleared through required background clearanceRequires travel - must have appropriate and reliable transportation, and agency-required level of auto insurance coverage and be able to travel as needed within the eight county WNY regionMust be prepared to work a flexible schedule in order to participate in agency-related activities/events that may take place outside of typical business hoursApply today at: ccwny.applicantpro.com/jobsCatholic Charities offers an array of programs that strive to empower individuals, children and families.
