As a Program Manager for Kaggle Competitions, you will work with Third Party competition hosts to bring AI competitions to the platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Own relationship with competition hosts, from problem scoping to contracting to overseeing competition launch and close.
- Collaborate with partners on the Competitions team to ensure competitions meet design requirements and satisfy broader objectives for the team.
- Build relationships with critical first and third party partners and nurture a network of competition hosts and collaborators.
- Interact with the Kaggle community through site forums on behalf of Kaggle and the competition hosts.
